Andrew, a former franchise owner, knows the challenge of running a restaurant. Staffing, managing operations, and financial decisions can keep you up at night.
In his role as shareholder, Andrew leads many teams within Mize CPAs Inc. Including our largest department, McDonald’s Accounting Services. This team provides full accounting services to McDonald’s owner/operators nationwide.
Leveraging technology for our clients is another focus for Andrew. His interest drives many of the firm’s tech initiatives. He oversaw the creation of the Mize web tools, our robotic process automation (RPA) and more. His teams create useful tools to help McDonald’s owners get access to the data need to run their business.
Andrew keeps a watchful eye on legislation. Watching for challenges like the Affordable Care Act. He then takes that information and advises our McDonald’s clients.
